Flexible living platform True North Management has appointed Shane O’Farrell as chief development officer and Cullum Alexander as vice president of development to lead the delivery of the company’s £350m London portfolio.
O’Farrell has two decades of experience leading property and development functions through high-growth phases and was previously head of property at Lidl UK and managing director UK and Ireland at Selina Hotels.
Alexander joins True North from Grainger, where, as associate director, he led the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use schemes from feasibility through to operation. Earlier in his career, he served as director of project management at Doig+Smith and project director at Faithful+Gould (now AtkinsRéalis).
