Real Estate Balance has launched the fifth edition of its equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) survey.
The survey runs until 30 September and the results, which will be published in November, will help to build an accurate picture of where the industry currently stands on EDI and its direction of travel over time.
As in previous years, the data will be gathered via an employee survey and a company survey of Real Estate Balance’s 130 corporate members. Both surveys are completely anonymous.
Sue Brown, managing director of Real Estate Balance, said: “I am delighted to announce the launch of our 2024 employee survey and want to encourage everyone working in real estate to share their experiences of EDI. Your insights will help build a valuable picture of the industry’s current challenges, performance and progress – so we can work to make it a fairer and more equitable place for people of all backgrounds. The survey is available online, anyone can participate and it takes just ten minutes to make a difference.”
