RealService and Experience Makers have appointed Chenai Gondo as CEO.

Gondo, who has a wealth of experience across the real estate and professional services sectors, began her career at McKinsey & Company and British Land, where she was a member of the leadership team and a senior strategy executive.

She subsequently held ExCo and board level roles at essensys, Locale and the UK PropTech Association and co-founded Domna.

RealService and Experience Makers, which are led by Howard Morgan and Louise Freethy, were recently acquired by The Avebury Group. Morgan and Freethy will continue to act as senior advisers to the businesses.

David Simpson, chairman of The Avebury Group said: “RealService has set the gold standard for customer experience in real estate. Their work with many of the UK’s leading commercial and residential property owners has directly influenced best practice across the industry and we will offer clients a truly integrated service model that delivers both insight and action.”

Morgan added: “For over 25 years, RealService has championed the voice of the customer in real estate, working side by side with our clients to measure, benchmark, and improve. Louise and I are excited to remain closely involved as senior advisers to support Chenai as she leads RealService into its next exciting phase.”

Gondo said: “This is a pivotal moment for RealService. I am honoured to take on the role of CEO, build on the RealService legacy and deliver even greater value for clients – existing and new. I am also very much looking forward to this next chapter and being passed the torch from Howard Morgan and Louise Freethy.”
