A seven-acre development site in Romford, Essex, has been sold by Strettons Receivers for an undisclosed price.
The Rom Valley Gardens site, which was formerly the home of the Romford Ice Arena, has hybrid planning consent for a phased scheme of up to 972 dwellings across seven blocks ranging from two to 12 storeys, alongside a new medical centre, retail, café and resident amenities.
Strettons’ agency team and Vandermolen Real Estate advised Strettons Receivers on the sale of the site to an undisclosed buyer.
