G2V Recruitment Group has signed for 12,300 sq ft at Royal London’s 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields, Manchester.
The recruitment company is relocating from its existing premises at The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, to the third floor of the building. It has signed a 10-year lease on its new Manchester base.
The building boasts a two-tiered business lounge and a state-of-the-art wellness hub, which includes private shower blocks, changing facilities and secure cycle storage.
