Redevco has appointed Filip de Bois to the role of European key account manager.

De Bois has almost 40 years of experience in commercial asset and development management and was previously head of asset and transaction management and head of country Belgium at Redevco.

In his new role, he will lead Redevco’s engagement with key retail and hospitality partners operating across multiple European markets and will work closely with local asset and transaction management teams to help coordinate strategic tenant relationships, strengthen collaboration and alignment across countries, and identify opportunities to support occupiers’ growth ambitions.

Redevco has promoted Benoît van Haare Heijmeijer to head of asset and transaction management Belgium. Both will start in their new roles as of 1 September 2026 and continue to be part of Redevco’s integrated asset and transaction management arm responsible for the execution of all mandates.

Séverine Maumy, head of asset and transaction management at Redevco, said: “These appointments demonstrate both the depth of expertise within Redevco and the evolution of our platform. As retailers increasingly operate across borders, it is important that we can engage with them in a coordinated way while continuing to maintain strong local market expertise. Filip’s new role strengthens our pan-European retailer engagement, while Benoît’s appointment ensures continuity and strong leadership for our business in Belgium.”

De Bois added: “The most successful retailer relationships today are built on a deep understanding of how businesses are evolving across different markets. This role creates an opportunity to bring our local knowledge together more effectively, share insights across countries and support our tenants as they continue to adapt and grow. I’m excited to help drive that collaboration across our platform.”
