Boultbree Brooks has agreed two leasing deals at the recently redeveloped Trimbridge House in Bath city centre.
Sustainable wine producer Canned Wine Co has taken 2,146 sq ft on the first floor of the building on a five-year lease and Gradwell Communications has taken 2,998 sq ft on the ground floor on a 10-year lease.
Following the redevelopment works the office has a new reception area, end of journey cycle facilities and an EPC B rating. There are now just two suites available in the building of 1,655 sq ft and 3,497 sq ft.
Zoe Wood, asset manager at Boultbee Brooks, said: “Our recent success at Trimbridge House is testament to occupiers wanting a more frictionless experience when relocating. Active occupier led asset management demonstrates the property’s appeal across broad range of the tenants such as professional services, technology and consumer goods. Gradwell and Canned Wines are a welcome addition to existing occupier M&G.”
Harry Allen, director in the office agency team at Savills Bristol, which alongside CSquared LLP advised Boultbee Brooks on the deals, added: “The landlord’s speculative redevelopment has paid dividends, it demonstrates the continued tenant demand for city centre office buildings with good public transport links, surrounding retail amenity and sustainability credentials.”
