Regal and Oneder partnership to launch second co-working space

Regal Workspace and Oneder are to open Laundry Studios, the second co-working space operated under their joint venture partnership, early next year in Hackney.

The innovative 220-desk co-working hub, which will open in the first quarter of 2025, is located in London Fields on Mentmore Terrace, E8, and will offer 20,000 sq ft of BREEAM Excellent office space “designed to foster community, productivity and innovation”.

Regal Workspace, a division of Regal, and flexible workspace provider Oneder, said Laundry Studios would offer a wide array of amenities, including lounges, phone booths, event space, meeting rooms, showers and secure bike storage. This pet-friendly space will be open 24/7 with flexible private offices, hot desks, event spaces and meeting rooms all available on rolling membership terms or by the day.

Simon De Friend, co-founder of Regal, said: “Laundry Studios represents the future of flexible workspaces, where community, sustainability, and hospitality come together. In collaboration with Oneder, we’re excited to create a vibrant and flexible workspace in East London, dedicated to serving a community of like-minded professionals.”
