Regal has secured planning consent to redevelop vacant office buildings on a site at 100 Chalk Farm Road in Camden into a new purpose-built student accommodation scheme (PBSA).
The scheme will comprise 264 student bedrooms, 30 affordable homes, nearly 11,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space and new public realm enhancements.
The four proposed buildings, which were designed in collaboration with DSDHA, will reach 12 storeys at the highest point. Regal is target BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum accreditations for the development.

Regal acquired the site in 2022 and construction of the new scheme is likely to commence later this year.
