Resolution Property has completed two leasing deals totalling circa 10,000 sq ft at its Moretown office hub in the City of London.
Northeastern University – London has signed a five-year lease on a 7,752 sq ft first floor unit in building one and Moove UK Opco has signed a five-year lease on a 2,241 sq ft unit on the ground floor of building two at a rent of £41.50/sq ft.
Moove’s unit is located next to Uber, which leased 8,500 sq ft at Moretown last year.
