Resolution Property has let 15,000 sq ft of office space at The Royal Exchange in the City of London to Zscaler.

The US-based global cybersecurity company has signed a five-year lease on the third floor of the Grade I listed building overlooking The Bank of England.

Resolution Property has partnered with commercial interior design firm Thirdway to refurbish the third floor and deliver a fully-fitted unit that aligns with Zscaler’s operational needs.

George Gilman, director, asset management at Resolution Property, said: “We are pleased to welcome Zscaler to The Royal Exchange. This milestone letting underscores the enduring appeal of the Square Mile for global technology firms. With our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable workspaces, we are ensuring that The Royal Exchange remains a prime destination for forward-thinking businesses. We look forward to continuing our work in shaping the future of office space in the City.”

James Neville, partner at Allsop, which represented Resolution on the letting, added: “Situated within the beating heart of the City, The Royal Exchange is an iconic building offering occupiers an unrivalled location to work from, with a variety of amenities on the doorstep and excellent transport links. We are thrilled to have been able to facilitate this letting and anticipate significant interest in the remaining floorspace as we prepare to bring a further 10,000 sq ft of high-quality fitted space at The Royal Exchange to market in the third quarter of 2025.”

Resolution Property was advised by Allsop and Newmark and Zscaler was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
