Revo has appointed a new chair, made two new appointments to its board and has introduced a streamlined governance structure.
The strategic running, governance and oversight of the organisation will now be the responsibility of an executive board and major projects will be managed by a projects board comprising members of the executive board and chairs of Revo’s major projects.
Vivienne King, current Revo board member and founder of Impactful Places, will become chair of the executive and project boards for a period of one year with Dan Parr, senior vice-president of CACI, serving as chair-elect.
Jacinta Rowsell (pictured), managing director, customer and retail operations, Northern Europe at URW, and Jack Busby, head of retail and operations at Landsec have joined Revo’s executive board as directors.
They replace Neil Hockin, MD of Lunson Mitchenall, and Michelle Buxton, CEO of Toolbox Marketing, who stepped down from the board earlier this year.
Caroline Maine, head of retail at MAPP, moves onto the new projects board as 2025 conference committee chair.
