Multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy Ridge & Partners LLP has more than doubled its footprint at Picton’s Tower Wharf office scheme in Bristol city centre.
The company is expanding from its current 5,215 sq ft space to a 13,559 sq ft office on the third floor of Tower Wharf on a new 10-year lease. Picton is fully refurbishing the floor for Ridge & Partners.
There is now just 5,215 sq ft of fitted space on the ground floor and two fitted suites of 3,811 sq ft and 3,220 sq ft available on the first floor of the building.
