Ropemaker has appointed Fresh to manage the Meadow Court and Norton’s Student Living purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes in Edinburgh.
Meadow Court comprises 148 units, including 115 en-suite bedrooms within cluster flats and 33 units within townhouses. The on-site amenity provision includes shared study and social spaces, study pods and a courtyard.
Norton’s Student Living comprises 149 units, including 97 en-suite rooms and 52 studios. The property includes a range of amenities for residents including shared study spaces, communal lounge areas, a games room, cinema room, gym and a private rooftop dining room.
The appointment builds on Fresh’s existing relationship with Ropemaker, on behalf of which it already manages The Gorge, a co-living scheme in Exeter, and Verse, a build-to-rent (BTR) development in Cardiff.
