Logicor has leased an additional circa 26,500 sq ft to Redhill Manufacturing at Lakeside Industrial Estate in Redditch.
Redhill has occupied unit three at the estate since 2021 and has signed for an additional three units, taking the total space the firm occupies at Lakeside to 52,000 sq ft. Logicor will upgrade the units over the next three months, taking their EPC rating from E to B.

The refurbished, purpose-built facilities will provide us with much greater capacity for incoming materials and extensive storage for assembled products, enabling us to significantly increase output while reducing lead times.”
LSH and Harris Lamb will market unit three when Redhill vacates it at the end of the year.
