Sama Investment Group has secured planning consent for a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme on a former industrial site on the edge of Coventry city centre.
The Charter House scheme, which will be built on Charterhouse Road, will provide 130 student beds across two buildings of four and six storeys.
The on-site amenity provision will include a gym, study areas, lounges and an outdoor courtyard space and garden area. The site is located just a five-minute walk from the Coventry University campus.
