Sandyford Properties has acquired seven units totalling 28,071 sq ft at the mixed-use Manor Point business park in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, from a private owner for an undisclosed price.
The units range from 1,894 sq ft to 5,809 sq ft and are predominantly let to national and local occupiers including Screwfix and Howdens. One vacant unit of 5,809 sq ft is currently being marketed for occupation.
Paul Brindley, managing director of Sandyford Properties, said: “This acquisition marks a significant step for Sandyford as we continue to grow our portfolio in the Midlands and North West. We are actively looking to acquire well-located multi-let industrial estates within Cheshire as we progress our expansion across the region.”
Sandyford was advised by The Acquisition Group with legal advice provided by Davitt Jones Bould. The vendor was advised by Carrick Real Estate.
