Savills has appointed Jemma McAndrew from Cushman & Wakefield as a director in its recoveries and receivership team.
McAndrew, who has more than 25 years of experience advising banks, lenders and insolvency practitioners on distressed assets, NPLs and property loan books across all property classes, was a partner in the receivership and recovery solutions team at Cushman & Wakefield.
