Savills has appointed Henry Godsal from Fineman Ross as head of investment strategy and asset management (Cambridge).
Godsal was an equity partner at Fineman Ross responsible for advising a wide range of clients on investment strategy, acquisitions and disposals, and development funding.
In his new role, he will work closely with other colleagues in the wider investment strategy and asset management team as well as the national investment team, providing strategic investment advice to both education-focused and corporate clients across the Cambridge region.

Godsal added: “After 21 years at Fineman Ross, I am excited to be starting my new role here at Savills in Cambridge. I will also be working closely with the national investment team, using my 25 years’ worth of contacts and experience as an investment adviser.”
