Savills Ireland has acquired independent building and project consultancy practice The Building Consultancy for an undisclosed price.
The Building Consultancy, which was founded in 2007, has almost 20 years of delivery in the Irish market and is a specialist adviser to occupiers, funders, commercial property owners and professional advisers.
The acquisition expands Savills capability in building surveying and project consultancy, covering technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, development monitoring, project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, interior architecture and design.
With the addition of The Building Consultancy team, Savills now employs more than 30 specialists delivering these services across Ireland.
