Savills has strengthened its building and project consultancy (BPC) team with the appointment of Hiral Patel as an associate director in the project management team.
Patel, who will be based in the firm’s Cambridge office, joins Savills from the University of Cambridge where she was a project leader within the estates division. At Savills, she will support clients within the education sector.
James Kelway, head of Savills’ Cambridge BPC team, said: “We are excited to welcome Hiral to the team who brings substantial experience within education, a sector that is of strategic importance to us.”
Patel added: “I’m excited to be joining the team at this time with their strong ambitions to expand the work they do within the education sector.”
