Savills Capital Advisors (SCA) has appointed Karl Kelly from pan-European real estate company ALMCOR as an associate director.
Kelly worked on acquisitions in ALMCOR’s active value team and has 10 year’s real estate investment experience, including five years at Tristan Capital Partners.

Kelly will be based in Savills’ Margaret Street head office and will work alongside Irina Stoichkova, who joined SCA from Rothschild & Co in November, and Jan Crosby who joined from KPMG earlier last year.
