SCG South West has signed for the 3,355 sq ft ground floor suite at Oak House at Fountain Court Business Park in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
The managed service provider of IT and telecommunications services, which was formed following the coming together of Eurolink Connect, Channels Comms and Horizon Telecom, has signed a five-year lease on the space with a three-year break.
James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers Bristol, which acted on behalf of the landlord on the letting, said: “It is fantastic to welcome SCG South West to Fountain Court. The business park offers a selection of self-contained and multi-tenanted office properties, all of which are in a strategic location adjacent to the M4/M5 interchange.
