Schroders Capital has completed five office lettings totalling 6,378 sq ft at Battersea Studios in South West London, on behalf of the Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund (SCREF).
Seer Medical, Vision Health, We Love Hue, Fiona Fleur and Sly Dog Rum have signed a mix of short-to-medium term leases across two of the asset’s buildings.
