Joint venture partners Ekistics Property Advisors and Till AM have completed two lettings at the 3 St Paul’s Place office scheme in Sheffield, taking the 78,000 sq ft building to full occupancy.
Arthritis UK and WT Partnership have signed for just under 8,000 sq ft of space at the Grade A office building, which has undergone a comprehensive £1m refurbishment programme designed by Jasper Sanders + Partners.
Darius Skurevicius, MD of Ekistics, said: “We are delighted to have repositioned 3 St Paul’s Place under new ownership alongside Till AM, and to have achieved full occupancy with the addition of Arthritis UK and WT Partnership. From day one, our focus has been to invest in quality and enhance the experience for tenants, creating modern workspace that meets the needs of today’s businesses. Sheffield is a city with strong momentum, and we are proud that this building is playing a role in supporting its continued growth.”
Peter Whiteley, from Knight Frank, joint letting agent at the building alongside LSH, added: “This is fantastic news for Sheffield, with well-established organisations choosing to join the city’s thriving business community. Three St Paul’s Place has been given a new lease of life through significant investment, including important sustainability upgrades that bring the building in line with modern occupier expectations.”
Matt Procter, from LSH, said: “While 3 St Paul’s Place is now fully let, the market continues to evolve, and we would encourage businesses planning ahead to get in touch. This is undoubtedly one of the finest commercial office buildings in the city and, with well-known brands such as our client Arthritis UK joining the community, it speaks for itself.”
