Indoor ski centre operator SNOZONE has retained Fleurets to secure new health and fitness sites for the brand as part of ambitious UK expansion plans.
Owned by NewRiver REIT, SNOZONE currently operates ski centres in Milton Keynes, Yorkshire and Madrid and is actively seeking individual sites and portfolio acquisitions, on a freehold and leasehold basis, across health and fitness, gyms, sport-based centres and experiential leisure opportunities.
Nick Phillips, managing director of SNOZONE, said: “We have been exploring expansion opportunities for some time, to add year-round operations to complement our existing portfolio and given our experience in the sector, we view health and fitness and active leisure operations as a key focus for our continued growth.”
