Waterfront Southport Properties has put the four-star luxury boutique Bliss Hotel in Southport up for sale.
The hotel offers 131 bedrooms and penthouses, a lounge bar, restaurant, roof garden, gym, conferencing and events space, as well as underground parking for 120 cars.
It has recently undergone a significant refurbishment programme to upgrade the F&B, public areas, meetings and events space with two floors of hotel bedrooms. The adjacent 50,000 sq ft Leisure Block is available by separate negotiation.
Shaun Skidmore, senior director at CBRE Manchester, which has been instructed to sell the hotel, said: “We are delighted to work with Waterfront Southport Properties to market the recently upscaled luxury boutique hotel, which is in a prime position to the progressing events centre and exciting waterfront development.
