Study Group has signed a five-year lease on 19,000 sq ft of office space at 8 Park Row in Leeds city centre.
The recently refurbished building will be the new home of The Leeds International Study Centre (ISC), which will occupy floors three to seven.

Eamon Fox, partner and head of development at the Leeds office of Knight Frank, which advised the landlord on the letting, added: “This letting is a ringing endorsement of the quality of 8 Park Row, one of the most elegant buildings within the professional core of Leeds. A comprehensive refurbishment inside has created an attractive contemporary office environment, while retaining the best original features.
“8 Park Row is located on Park Row and is within five minutes’ walk of Leeds Station. Park Row is also a bus thoroughfare, so many services are available within a short walk of the building. Leeds is located at the head of the M1 motorway and has easy access to the M62 and A1 routes.”
David Laws, partner and head of national offices at Fisher German, which advised Study Group, said: “Following an extensive evaluation of options within Leeds city centre, 8 Park Row provided a logical choice to accommodate the operational needs of the International Study Centre.
“The relocation from Wellington Place, Leeds will enable students and staff to occupy a prime city centre location in a recently refurbished building that provides excellent amenities and flexibility. The new facility will continue to support students progressing to the University of Leeds.”
