Summix has submitted a planning application to turn three derelict sites in the Old Kent Road area of London into family-sized social rent homes and student accommodation space.
The company’s plans for Credon House include 26 social family sized units – 23 of which will be four-bedroom homes – with balconies, a rooftop garden and a ground floor play space for children.
At Ossory Road, two currently derelict sites will be linked and transformed into student accommodation.
Stuart Black, development director at Summix, said: “Our developments have been carefully thought through to meet local housing needs and are designed to a high quality. We are delighted they have now been submitted to Southwark Council. We hope they will be considered by the planning committee late 2025/early 2026.”
