Sunrise Real Estate has let a 84,175 sq ft unit at the Integra 61 logistics scheme in Durham to Restore Information Management.
The company has signed a 15-year lease on the Connect 84 unit at the Connect development at Integra 61, which comprises five BREEAM Excellent-rated units providing 640,000 sq ft.

We’re hugely proud of this scheme and look forward to welcoming Restore Plc to its new base in the North East.”
