UK-based technology services company Digital Futures has signed for 3,721 sq ft of space at HubHub at Worship Square, Shoreditch, for its new HQ.

The company has committed to a three-year membership at HubHub, which is HB Reavis’s co-working and flexible workspace offer.

It is relocating from The Frames in Shoreditch and will have access to Worship Square’s extensive on-site amenity provision, which includes a dedicated barista service, fitness studio, changing rooms and cycle store facilities, a communal roof garden and a HubHub operated events space.

Worship Square comprises 116,336 sq ft of fully let, CAT A workspace, circa 19,312 sq ft of flexible workspace, circa 3,866 sq ft of retail and more than 9,000 sq ft of private and communal terracing.

Scott Vincent, CEO of Digital Futures, said: “We’re thrilled to be moving into a state-of-the-art space with world-class facilities that will provide our team and consultants with an inspiring environment where they can continue to innovate and excel.

“Our new space will support our thriving community at Digital Futures with tech-enabled event spaces allowing us to host more in-person onboarding and assessment days for people joining our Future Talent programmes. Our thanks to the team at HubHub for a smooth onboarding and welcoming us from day one.”

Louise Ioannou, head of workspace UK at HB Reavis, added: “As we launch our second HubHub location and grow our community within Worship Square, we’re delighted to welcome Digital Futures. This builds upon Worship Square’s pre-leasing success as Digital Futures join Wise and Frontier Economics.

“As a Hackney-based business, Digital Futures’ relocation is a testament to the quality, flexibility, and appeal of Worship Square that supports companies at every stage, from start-ups to scale-ups, to local businesses and global brands. Digital Futures’ continued growth reflects the vital role SMEs play in London’s position as global tech hub and our growing need to attract, train and retain the best talent for the future.”
