Flexible workspace technology provider technologywithin has added two new products to its twiinworkspace platform to help operators better manage meeting room bookings, greet guests and handle parcel deliveries.
The new twiinmeet tablet is mounted outside meeting rooms and provides live room status, on-the-spot booking and meeting details to eliminate meeting overlap, avoid interruptions and reduce admin burdens.
Technologywithin has also introduced twiinconcierge to transform the check-in process for members and visitors. It automatically notifies members of guests’ arrival and enables operators to better manage front-of-house staffing, parking allocation and guest flow. The system also handles all incoming and outgoing deliveries to assist front-of-house staff.
