Global brand experience agency The fresh Group has signed for 4,613 sq ft at Bruntwood SciTech’s Union scheme in Manchester city centre.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on the fully fitted and furnished workspace with a break at year five.
Union is located on Albert Square overlooking Manchester Town Hall and offers amenities such as a wellness studio and breakout space on the ground floor adjacent to Ditto Coffee’s flagship store.
