The Hill Group has acquired a development site on Gray’s Lane in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire, on which it intends to build 47 new homes.
Located immediately south of Hill’s adjacent development on Lucas Lane, the Gray’s Lane scheme, which benefits from full planning permission for 47 homes, will provide a mix of private sale and affordable accommodation.
The private homes will comprise a mix of two- to five-bedroom houses and the affordable homes will comprise one-bedroom apartments and two- to four-bedroom houses, available through affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership.
