The Hill Group has appointed Milligan as commercial leasing partner for the City Centre South regeneration project in Coventry.
Milligan will play a key role in shaping and delivering the commercial strategy for the £450m mixed-use regeneration development, which will deliver up to 1,575 new homes, with Phase 1 providing 991 homes, alongside more than 8,000 sq m of new commercial space for shops, hospitality and businesses.
With demolition well advanced, the project is progressing towards the next phase of delivery, with main construction due to commence following completion of enabling works.
