The Padel Hub has opened a 24,954 sq ft padel club in Reading.

The company has leased B1 – B3 Kenavon Drive from Viridis Real Estate for its fifth UK site. The site features five indoor courts, a café and bar area and a fully equipped gym provided by Technogym.

The Padel Hub operates four other clubs in Slough, Crawley, North London and Epsom, and it intends to open more sites throughout 2025.

Charles Winterton, CEO and founder of The Padel Hub, said: ”We are thrilled to bring The Padel Hub to such a fantastic location in Reading. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where people can enjoy padel, improve their skills and connect with fellow padel enthusiasts.”

Shaun Rogerson, from Knight Frank, which advised Viridis Real Estate on the letting, added: “I was delighted to be invited to visit one of The Padel Hub’s existing centres at Albion Close Slough, which had training sessions and matches taking place on all five of their bespoke padel courts. There was a great fun atmosphere at this club and I now appreciate why padel courts are in such high demand. I am sure that a new club at Kenavon Drive will be hugely impressive and successful.

Viridis Real Estate was advised by Knight Frank and Haslams Surveyors.
