CBRE has appointed Dean Harris to lead its loan servicing business for Europe.
Harris, who has worked in financial services for 30 years and has more than 20 years of real estate lending experience, will join CBRE in June from Trimont, where he has spent the last six years leading the firm’s EMEA advisory and servicing business. Prior to this, he was head of asset management at Situs.
In his new role, Harris will report to Clarence Dixon, CBRE’s global head of loan services.
