The Portman Estate to relocate to One Great Cumberland Place

The Portman Estate intends to relocate its 80-strong team to the estate’s new flagship One Great Cumberland Place development in January 2025. 

The estate has agreed a 15-year lease on the 8,400 sq ft fourth floor of the recently redevelopment building, which is located next to Marble Arch.

Designed by architecture firm AHMM, the 59,331 sq ft BREEAM Excellent-rated building has an ultra-modern interior behind a retained art deco façade.

The building’s two remaining floors are being marketed by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
