Law firm TLT has signed for 20,000 sq ft across the top two floors of English Cities Fund’s (ECF) Eden office building, in Salford.
The £36m, 115,000 sq ft, 12-storey office building, which is due to be completed in May, is being delivered by ECF, a joint venture partnership between Muse, Legal & General and Homes England.
When complete Eden, which has been designed by Make Architects using the UKGBC’s 2035-2050 standards, will feature a 43,000 sq ft ‘living façade’ – the second largest in the world and the biggest in Europe – and be one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings.

JLL acted on behalf of TLT on the leasing deal. Retained letting agents on the building are JLL, Cushman and Wakefield and OBI.
