Energy sector data provider TMA Data Management has agreed a 10-year lease on 5,100 sq ft of space on the third floor of The Smith office building at 145 London Road, Kingston Upon Thames.
The deal is believed to be the largest letting of the year in the area. Joint agents Hanover Green and Cattaneo Commercial advised the building’s private landlord on the deal – Martin Campbell & Co acted for TMA.
Tim Meyer, managing director of TMA, said: “The Smith offers an exceptional quality of office accommodation in Kingston which meets our growing need for workspace where the TMA team can interact and be inspired.”
David Cuthbert of Hanover Green added: “TMA’s relocation is a prime example of a progressive business seeking to provide the finest working environment for its staff as they return to the office. Business is buoyant and we are encouraged by strong levels of interest.”
There is now only 10,000 sq ft of space available at The Smith, which counts occupiers such as The Boutique Workplace Company, automotive consultancy NDK Europe and Reed Employment.
