The Office Group (TOG) has rebranded all of its workspaces as Fora, following the merger of the two flex brands in September last year.
Fora operates more than 70 workspaces, totalling more than 3.2m sq ft, in London, key UK cities and Germany.
TOG owns a large freehold portfolio and is backed by funds managed by Blackstone and Brockton Capital. The company said it has seen its revenues rise 36% year on year to October 2023 and it has opened five new workspaces in the last year, including the circa 120,000 sq ft Chancery House (pictured) – its largest space to date.
Enrico Sanna, CEO of The Office Group, said: “Today’s shift to a single brand is the next step in our exciting growth story. We have grown sustainably for 20 years by responding to the evolving needs of the workforce and we are seeing huge demand for premium spaces like ours, which is evidenced through occupancy rates of more than 90% in our established locations. By leading, challenging and setting the standard for what the workspace experience should be, we are energising and empowering people to create their best work in their best way.
“As the plural of the word ‘forum’, the Fora name reflects our commitment to creating dynamic workspace experiences and is already well recognised amongst progressive employers, entrepreneurs, creators and innovators, as a promise to embrace each and every workstyle. We are looking forward to building on that trust as we integrate our full network and bring this offer to many more people.”
