IT and business consulting services firm CGI has taken 24,000 sq ft at Tristan Capital Partners’ and Alchemy Asset Management’s Campus scheme in Reading.

The company has signed a 10-year lease at the 375,000 sq ft Campus scheme and will relocate its existing Reading operations from neighbouring Green Park.

The BREEAM Excellent-rated building, which is located next to junction 11 of the M4, features a wide range of amenities including a restaurant and cafe, business lounge, fully equipped gym and yoga studios and parking with EV charging spaces.

Guy Bishop, director at Alchemy Asset Management, said: “Campus has proved yet again that exceptional amenities and ESG credentials, coupled with strong road access and public transport provision, make it the class leading out of town office in Reading, which in itself has witnessed strong levels of office take up so far this year, ahead of the long term average.”

Stuart Chambers, director, Greater London and South East office agency at Savills, which alongside joint agent Bray Fox Smith advised Tristan and Alchemy on letting, added: “We are delighted to welcome another high profile company to Campus and have no doubt that CGI’s employees will thrive in the amenity rich, sustainable workplace they are moving to.”
