Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management have secured a double letting at their Campus, Reading International office scheme.
Multinational medical company Baxter Healthcare has signed a 10-year lease on 9,477 sq ft of workspace at a rent of £43.50/sq ft, and international software provider Aspentech has renewed its commitment to Campus for a further 10 years, relocating within the building to a newly refurbished 16,075 sq ft Cat A suite at £36.50/sq ft.
Tristan and Alchemy have also partnered with mental health charity Sport in Mind to offer The Farmhouse space at nil rent.

Savills and Bray Fox Smith are leasing agents on the balance of the space available, which ranges from 1,523 sq ft fully-fitted Campus Plus suites to more than 60,000 sq ft of Cat A space on a single floor.
