Burley Manor Hotel in the New Forest National Park, Hampshire, has been put up for sale with a guide price of £8,500,000.
The Grade II Listed Victorian country house hotel is set within approximately six acres of landscaped gardens and grounds and comprises 41 guest bedrooms, a self-contained banqueting suite, staff accommodation, a heated outdoor swimming pool, wedding and event lawns and a ‘shepherd’s hut suite’.
Planning permission has also been secured for five additional garden suites and two bedrooms. The hotel is situated in the picturesque village of Burley, approximately 20 minutes from the M27 motorway, with direct access to Southampton, Portsmouth and London.
