Ubisense has signed for 4,000 sq ft of refurbished space at the Quayside office scheme in Cambridge.
The company is relocating to Quayside, which is owned by Magdalene College and managed by Cheffins, from St Andrews House in Chesterton.
There are now only two refurbished office suites available at Quayside, measuring 2,365 sq ft and 1,681 sq ft.
