The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has appointed six new co-chairs of its European product councils.
JLL’s Honoré Achille Simo has been appointed co-chair of the European office and mixed-use council and succeeds Bas Jochims of Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors. Marvie Haas, from Catella Residential Investment Management, has been appointed co-chair of the European sustainability council, succeeding Elsa Monteiro from Sonae Sierra, Portugal.
Adam Burstow, from Amazon Web Services, has been appointed co-chair of the European technology and real estate council and succeeds Ronen Journo from Hines Europe. Francisco Rocha Antunes, from MOME, has been appointed co-chair of the European affordable living council, succeeding Nicolas Bearelle from Re-Vive.
And Marco Fok, from Pure Data Centres Group, and Oscar Duclert, from Braxton Iberia, were appointed co-chairs of the European logistics council in March, joining Thomas Poulis-Leinberger of AEW Invest. All of the new co-chairs will serve on a voluntary basis for a two-year term.
