Unite Students has signed for a new 22,000 sq ft head office at the Welcome Building in Bristol.
The 207,000 sq ft building was delivered by a joint venture between EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, and Trammell Crow Company. Unite is relocating to the building from its current office at South Quay House in the city.
Toby Pentecost, senior vice president and head of UK offices at Trammell Crow Company, said: “Having launched Welcome Building earlier this year, we are delighted that Unite Students will join DAC Beachcroft, which leased floors six and seven last year, as occupiers of our building. We think it speaks to the outstanding amenities and an exceptional experience at Welcome Building as well as an environment that promotes wellbeing and minimises environmental impact.
