Later living developer-operator Untold Living has appointed Henry Sumner from Battersea Power Station as the company’s new chief financial officer.

Sumner, who joined Untold in January 2024 as interim CFO, was operational finance director at Battersea Power Station and worked across multiple phases of the mixed-use redevelopment project.

Prior to Battersea Power Station, Sumner worked for Lothbury IM as property fund controller and AXA overseeing a residential fund.

Sumner said: “Taking over the mantle of CFO as Untold Living enters its next stage of growth is an exciting opportunity. Now halfway through its second year of operations, Untold continues to be ambitious and unrelenting in its efforts to increase the number of high-quality housing options for older people across the UK.”

Russell Jewell, CEO of Untold Living, added: “Henry has been an invaluable addition to the team over the last six months, where his oversight of Untold Living’s finances has helped us make great strides towards our growth ambitions. As we look to expand our portfolio, we’re excited to be growing our team to support us in capitalising on the great potential within the UK’s later living sector.”
