Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has launched a new health and wellness village at Westfield London.

The new destination for health and wellness brands and services, which is located on Level 1 of The Village, comprises more than 50,000 sq ft of space.

Private pharmacy group Prince Pharmacy is opening a flagship branch in The Village, specialist clinic Effect Doctors has signed for a 550 sq ft unit, wellness-focused brand StretchLAB is opening a 1,462 sq ft space and premium nail and brow salon So.Shell has signed for 740 sq ft. All of the operators will open for business in the spring and will join laser eye surgery clinic Betterview (pictured), which opened in August last year.

Constantin Wiesmann, leasing director UK at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, said: “The health and wellness sector is experiencing significant growth driven by a demand for convenient and personalised healthcare options, as highlighted in our How We Shop research. At Westfield London, we are dedicated to creating innovative spaces that evolve with the changing needs of our communities and visitors.

“The introduction of health and wellness at The Village is a perfect example of this commitment, showcasing our focus on delivering world-class, mixed-use destinations that enhance the customer experience and cater to the lifestyle priorities of today’s consumers. We are excited by the momentum in this sector and look forward to its ongoing growth.”
