London & Regional’s Belmont House office scheme in Uxbridge is fully let following the completion of three leasing deals totalling 44,588 sq ft.
Pilgrim’s Europe has leased the entire first floor on a long-term lease, Knights Professional Services has taken 11,001 sq ft on the second floor on a 10-year lease and Apcoa Facilities Management has taken 6,636 sq ft on the second floor on a 10-year lease.
The building’s onsite amenity provision includes an occupier-only café, end of journey facilities, a double-height reception and roof terraces.
